Almond Tofu

Almond tofu is not tofu. The ingredients are similar to pudding or jello, but the texture and flavor are different! It's so delicious and easy to make; my all time favorite traditional Chinese dessert...You will be delighted just by looking at it.

Chinese new year

February 7th is the Chinese new year. In lunar calender, Chinese new year is always after Christmas, so I have the excuse to enjoy a long holiday season! :) Visit the Chinese new year collection in my shop. My favorite is the embroidery boots from Han Wu. The patterns are very pretty and the hand sew fabric soles are so soft and comfy!
