Smooth and Soft Snack: Mochi

I can’t believe it’s already August, we are already halfway through summer! We hope everyone is having a lovely summer. Mochi is a rice cake that originated from Japan, traditionally eaten through the Japanese New Year. It has now become a regular snack in countries such as South Korea, China or Thailand.
